About Program
Is an in-depth dive exploring how person-centred care puts patients and their families at the centre of any care and support decisions or intervention? Content includes assessment and support planning, through to provision of care in healthcare settings.
The course uses planetree accreditation standards as the guiding reference and aims at creating similar experiences as those of our patients to elicit behavioural and attitude changes among the participants.
A variety of methodologies will be used including case studies, group discussions and group exercises. We believe that theory alone can’t change people behaviors, so the aim of all created interactions with the participants is to develop the same experiences patients go through, so that the participants develop the required attitudes & behaviours.
