We are thrilled to have successfully conducted the Leadership Excellence Workshop as part of the KSAPT 6th International Conference on Pharmacy and Toxicology and GFEX Summit, organized by the Saudi Pharmacy Association (SPS) in collaboration with the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia.

The workshop featured an executive leadership success story on scaling human-centered skills across global organizations, offering valuable insights for aspiring leaders on building impactful leadership systems.

The session highlighted emotional intelligence as a core component of leadership excellence, guiding participants on how to lead with empathy, clarity, and impact in complex healthcare environments. It also included practical strategies for implementing leadership principles, supported by actionable frameworks to help leaders translate insight into effective practice.

In recognition of this contribution, the program was also honored with an award for leading change and excellence, reflecting its impact in advancing leadership capability and innovation within the healthcare sector.
