Certified Patient Experience Excellence

Online Live Interactive Training
Program Date: To be Advised

Exceptional patient experience is created through every interaction across the healthcare journey — from the first enquiry and appointment booking to arrival, consultation, treatment, communication, discharge and follow-up.

The Certified Patient Experience Excellence programme is a practical, highly interactive healthcare training programme designed to strengthen the behaviours, communication skills and emotional intelligence that shape how patients experience care.

Designed for clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals at every level, the programme enables participants to see healthcare through the patient’s perspective, understand what matters most at different moments of the journey, and translate patient-centred principles into consistent everyday behaviours.

Participants explore the essential elements of Patient Experience Excellence, including patient-centred communication, active listening, emotional intelligence, empathy and compassion, privacy and dignity, cultural sensitivity, service recovery, difficult conversations, shared decision-making and patient partnership.

The programme is CPD accredited, and participants who successfully complete the programme receive a CPD Certificate of Completion with accredited CPD learning hours.
