About Program

This course shall provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to manage projects while working towards preparing you for the PMP Exam. It is designed to cover the details of process domain and business domain, and give a summary of the tasks associated with people domain such as team leadership, empowerment, motivation and conflict management.
